About Us
A Beacon In The Desert is a non-denominational biblical evangelical and discipleship ministry dedicated to sharing God's truth through His word the bible and advancing personal biblical discipleship beginning in the Inner City and going forth from there. We serve and equip the church to accomplish that goal. We desire to see individuals and families experience victory in all seven areas of life - Spiritual, Psychological, Social, Physical, Financial, Marital, and Parental. From which we see new life coming from desert conditions. A Beacon In The Desert comes along side the church in training people how to share their testimony through evangelical opportunities and training people how to disciple and to use SALT materials in disciplining.

Our Vision is: To see the Body of Christ grow in spiritual maturity through evangelical opportunities and biblical discipleship.
Our Mission is: To serve and equip individuals and the Church beginning in the Inner City and going forth from there to the world with the word of God and a simple and reproducible cycle of evangelism and biblical discipleship.
Our Ministry is:
  • Training to help people and the church evangelizing in the Inner City.
  • Training to help people and the church disciple using the word of God and SALT materials.
  • We personally disciple people using SALT.
